Priority Support

Prompt support keeps your business up and running. Our trained U.S.-based technicians answer your calls and questions first, getting your store up and running quickly in an emergency or providing the personal touch of a technical support professional. Priority Support customers also receive regular software updates at no cost. Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm (Eastern Time).
